Submission of business listings by the “Submitter” must adhere to the below terms and conditions pertaining to Black-Owned Business Directory (the “Directory”).

The submitted business is a Black-owned business entity.

Submission of data (including business profiles) does not guarantee permanent inclusion in the Directory.

Only Paid business listings are guaranteed inclusion throughout the 12-month subscription period (assuming all Directory policies are adhered to).

Content deemed inappropriate will be excluded without notice until necessary revisions have been made by the Submitter.

Business profiles may be temporarily removed per the Submitter’s request.

Businesses promoting violence, hate, or illegal activities will be removed.

Inclusion and/or participation in the Directory and related podcast promotion activities is purely voluntary and offers no financial or transactional guarantees.

If content added by the Submitter is subsequently removed for compliance reasons, the Submitter will not hold liable the Directory, Tucker Media, or any business owner listed in the Directory.

Podcast content featuring appearances by the Submitter is the sole property of Tucker Media and the Directory and may be used by the Tucker Media for publication purposes.

The Directory provides a listing of business owners and their profiles. Products and services listed by Directory submitters are not offered by the Directory and are fulfilled by the owners of the corresponding business listings.

The Directory does not suggest or imply claims of any level of worthiness or certification of any submitted business profiles.

All business transactions with Directory members are conducted on the Directory members’ platforms independently from the Directory.

Submitters agree receive communications from the Directory regarding business profile submissions, profile accounts, policies, and promotions, and subscription transactions.
